About Us

Alfred and Taylor Crawshaw raise British White and British cross cattle outside Altoona, Kansas. They primarily row crop (corn and soybeans)farm in partnership with Alfred's parents, Vern and Teresa Crawshaw. 

Alfred grew up outside Altoona. He attended Kansas State University earning a degree in Animal Science and returned home to farm and ranch with his family. 

Taylor grew up outside Coffeyville, KS. She attended Missouri State University, earning a degree in Psychology with a minor in Child and Family Development and then returned home to work in Coffeyille. While working in Coffeyville, Taylor earned a Master of Science in Educational Leadership. She has been employed in higher education since 2010 and is currently enrolled in a Doctoral program at Baker University. 

Alfred and Taylor met outside Wal-Mart in June 2013. They were married in August 2014 and began their life together outside Altoona. 

Alfred grew up raising Gelbvieh and Beefmaster cattle. Taylor loves Limousins. Alfred had began a small herd of British White cattle in December of 2000. They decided to grow and support the British White breed while keeping some Limousin and Beefmaster influence. 

Their son Henry joined the family in September 2017 - 15 weeks premature. 

Their daughter, Harlow, was born February 2020.

What We Do

We strive to provide quality  British White and British White cross heifers and herd sires. We believe in sound, deep bodied, heifers with good heads. On our operation we work cattle as a family and keep safety in mind when we are selecting our breeding stock.

We frequently have herd sires available for lease. Please contact us with questions!
